Mike is an ordained Elder in the Global Methodist Church. He has been in ministry for over 30 years. He and his wife, Alyson, love being with family, traveling, and Braves baseball. He's been told he's not funny, he just quotes movies.

Pastor George Spencer is the CrossRoad Church Care Pastor. After training and working as a professional counselor, George returned to his church roots as an ordained pastor in the Methodist tradition. Along with CrossRoad members of the Hospital Team, who visit and pray with people in need, Pastor George works to provide spiritual guidance and Biblical wisdom for members, and godly prayer and care for those in hospitals, senior and other care facilities, and hospices.  Jane's favorite things are spending time with her family and friends and enjoying her favorite State Parks in PA, where she grew up. She can find humor in almost any situation and is blessed to live close to her 3 adorable grandsons (she's happy to show you pictures and tell you stories about them at any time).

Tracey loves making sure everyone feels seen and heard. She's great at remembering names and making chicken and dumplings. When not at work she is most likely driving her three "almost teenagers" to some kind of sporting event.

Wade is known for telling the best dad jokes!

Jonathan is a proud father of a 2024 graduate. He loves all things mechanical and enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together. He also may or may not be able to quote every line from Napoleon Dynamite.

  

Stacey has been a part of CRC from the start. She is the self-proclaimed “conductor of chaos” (in a good way) and loves to help young and old share their gift of music. Stacey, her husband Louis, and their four children love serving CrossRoad Church in many ways. Come join us!

So, yeah, life's a little crazy, a lot messy, and always entertaining. If you're looking for someone who can handle anything from spreadsheets to meltdowns (both teenage and canine), while keeping a smile on their face (most of the time), then let's chat! Just be warned, I may throw in a Harry Potter reference or two, and there's a high probability of dog hair clinging to my clothes. But hey, that's just part of the charm, right?
P.S. If you have any tips on wrangling teenagers, calming hyperactive dogs, or finding extra hours in the day, I'm all ears (or should I say eyes, since I'm probably multitasking while reading this).

Carolyn has been the Children’s Director since the beginning of CrossRoad in 1996.  She helped start our Kingdom Kids PreSchool and serves on the PreSchool Board.  She loves working with kids on Sundays, special events, and Vacation Bible School.  Carolyn has 14 grandchildren whom She adores and has loved being a part of their lives as they have grown up.  She especially loves hamburgers and Captain Jack Dessert with friends.  

I strive to walk 10,000 steps a day, which is not hard around the church!  

 

Gil is the official Youth Pastor and 9-Square King at CrossRoad Church. He has 16 years of Youth Ministry experience. With 4 crazy children and an amazing wife (Perri), his life is kind of active in a good way. He loves his family, golf, playing basketball, worship music, and playing guitar! Find Gil at the weekly Youth shenanigans on Wednesday or Sunday nights or just swing by for a chat about life, faith, and the occasional embarrassing dad joke.

Susan has been a member of CrossRoad Church since February 2002, joining the staff in January of 2014.  She is the proud Nana of 10 grandchildren, roots for the Florida Gators and loves attending, serving, and working for CrossRoad Church where she leads  the Sunday Servant Ministry Team and Tuesday Bible Study for the Women's Ministry.

Dana has worked as the office receptionist for about 5 years and served in the nursery for over 8 years. She attends CrossRoad with her husband and 2 children. They are a military family and love spending time together outdoors.

Kim has been with Kingdom Kids Preschool for almost 7 years.  I started as a 2s teacher, graduated to VPK, and now sit in the "big girl" chair as the director.  I have a degree in Elementary Education and many years of experience teaching and working with children.  My go to food is Mexican (LOVE chips and queso!), my drink is a peppermint mocha latte, and pastime is sitting by our fire pit with a roaring fire.

My greatest joy is serving our amazing teachers and parents, as well as working with our "littles" at the school!
